Executive Chef, Todd Allison
Executive chef Todd Allison started at the resort restaurant in May 2015, taking over for Chef McCabe.
Allison comes to the resort from The Inn at Rancho Sante Fe in San Diego and brings more than a decade of experience to the restaurant. His past experience includes time at a number of California restaurants, including Anthology, a 13,000-square-foot live music venue and restaurant in San Diego, Hilton Checkers in downtown Los Angeles, and Bollinger’s in Santa Barbara.
For nearly two decades, T. Cook’s has garnered both local and national acclaim.
