Our culinary style can be summed up in three words – crafted, thoughtful and bold – which are all precisely in line with the Mediterranean principles of fresh, seasonal, local and ingredient-driven cooking. Explore T. Cook’s this season. Whether for a special, romantic occasion with a candlelit dinner on one of our two patios, complete with scenic Camelback Mountain views, inviting fireplaces and blooming bougainvillea; for socializing with friends inside T. Cook’s vibrant and colorful new dining room or glass-enclosed Wine and Tequila tasting room; or, for inviting colleagues to your next power lunch. All of this and more are currently on the menu at T. Cook’s restaurant this season, located in the heart of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

Beginning July 5th, T. Cook’s is undergoing annual maintenance and will be temporarily relocated to our beautiful Cervantes Room and Lounge. During our temporary move, the T. Cook’s Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menus will remain available.

Mix Up bar will be relocated to the Cervantes Lounge and will serving all items from the Mix Up bar menu.

While not in our traditional location. The Cervantes Room and Lounge encompasses emblematic historic pieces inviting you to immerse yourself in the estate’s rich history.

T. Cook’s will return to the original location starting July 28th, 2017.

T. Cook’s menu hours:
6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Breakfast)
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Lunch)
5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (Dinner)

Mix Up menu hours: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
